We will be holding your hands throughout your wedding ring or jewellery selection. We listen to your wishes, we share our expertise, and personalise our service for you. Our wedding ring and wider jewellery range offers unrivalled quality and value with the convenience of a real home browsing service. Any fine jewellery selection should feel special, and we will ensure you have a genuinely great experience with us. It is our trademark, based upon family values which we extend to you.
Pre Consultation
Whether you've booked an appointment online or at a wedding show, we'll be in touch beforehand to confirm timing and gather your initial ideas for your jewellery.
Appointment
We'll share our range in your home or by zoom, highlighting pieces we feel suit your wishes and budget. For shaped or custom designed rings, we'll introduce our bespoke option. We won't rush or pressure you, allowing 90 minutes for every appointment.
Order & Delivery
Once you've selected a design, we will measure your size and order your rings for delivery within 3 weeks. Any re-sizing is complimentary, and we provide a lifetime guarantee against manufacture faults.
