Every item is photographed and documented. A record can be shared with you by WhatsApp so you know exactly what has been left for assessment.
Confirm the metal
Gareth can explain approximate scenarios, such as the difference between 9ct and 18ct gold. Specialist testing equipment is then used to confirm the metal and purity before an offer is made.
Choose what suits you
There is no pressure and no instant payment before the checks are complete. If you accept, the confirmed value can be paid by cash or bank transfer, or put toward wedding rings, an engagement ring or another Oscar & Olivia piece. If you decline, your items remain yours to collect.

No. The assessment and options are explained clearly. You can accept payment, use the value toward a new Oscar & Olivia purchase, or decline and collect your jewellery.
