For some people, standard rhodium plating can begin to wear again within only a few months, particularly on a ring worn every day.

What is included
Polished first, then finished for everyday wear.
Before coating, the ring is professionally polished to restore a smooth, clean surface. Unlike a standard thin rhodium plate, the platinum-white option then uses a thick high-micron platinum coating. The yellow-gold option also uses a thick micron coating. The coating does not damage a suitable ring and is intended for normal everyday wear.

If the covered finish wears through within five years, Oscar & Olivia will reapply it once free of charge, subject to assessment and the terms confirmed when the work is accepted.

Will the coating damage my ring?
The specialist coating does not damage a suitable ring. Suitability must be confirmed first, and Gareth will explain any item-specific care.
What does the five-year finish guarantee cover?
If the covered platinum-white or yellow-gold finish wears through within five years, Oscar & Olivia will reapply it once free of charge, subject to inspection and the terms supplied with the accepted work.
